Hand Held Count Up/Down Timer This timer/stopwatch combination counts up and counts down. Multi-purpose with easy to read magnum sized (5/16") digits. Use a stopwatch with a time-out function for games. Counts up to 60 minutes then rolls over to begin again. As a count-down timer for interval training, it has super easy programmable setting from 1 second to 99 minutes 99 seconds. Alarm signal will sound 1 minute when count-down reaches 00 min. 00 sec.
