A: We sell over 5,000 other products not listed on this website at this time. Just write your request in the customer feedback and we will respond with availability and price.

Q: Can I purchase jerseys for my sports team via your online catalog?
A: No, currently Cannon Sports, Inc only specializes in supplying our nations sports team with the best quality sporting goods, not sports apparel. CSI will always do our best to beat any delivered price for sports equipment manufactured in the USA.

Q: How many days do I get before I am no longer able to return a product?
A: As stated on our packing list, the customer is required to contact our customer service department via the website within 14 days. CSI may grant return up to 30 day after the product arrived at the customers ship to location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we can ship our products internationally, it just comes with a much higher shipping cost. The minimum cost on an international shipment is $45.00.

Q: How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?
A: You may reach our accounts receivable department at extension 107. Leave a message stating the invoice number you are requesting, your Purchase Order number, and a fax number or email email address for us to send it to.

Q: How do I report a shortage on my order?
A: Please click on the Customer Service icon on the homepage to fill out the form that best describes the issue with your order.

Q: What do I need in order to return a product?
A: You need to create a customer service inquiry so we may generate a Return Authorization number for the return shipment for our warehouse staff to accept your return shipment.

Q: I can't find my cart, or the items I am trying to purchase!
A: You can find the link to your cart at the very top of the page, above the website logo.

Q: How do I see what my current total is?
A: If you look up at the very top of the page, above the website logo, there is a link that takes you to your cart and also displays the current total of your cart. Clicking that link will take you to a page that will display your cart for you to see.

Q: I want to add more quantity to one of my items!
A: If you go to your cart (located at the very top of the page), you can manually add more to the quantity of any item already in your cart. Otherwise, you can find the item through the search or navigation areas and add it that way, the same way you originally added the item to your cart.

Q: How do I checkout or pay for my purchases?
A: Click your cart at the very top of the page, above the website logo, and it will take you to your cart review. If you need to change the quantity of items or remove them, you may do so here. If you are happy with the current status of your cart, you can then click the Checkout button, which will take you through the checkout process. If you are still uncertain or confused, you can call Kevin at 1-800-223-0064 ext 112 for assistance.
